Glossary
Key terms you will encounter in the Forge.
The Platform
- Forge
- The venture studio platform. Where founders go to think through their business, get real analysis, and build everything investors need to see.
- Council
- Your team of AI specialists. Each brings different expertise to the table. They challenge your thinking, research your market, and stress-test your assumptions.
- Crucible
- The interactive workspace where you talk with the council. Real-time conversation with visual feedback as your session progresses.
- Data Room
- Everything investors ask for, generated from your conversations. Pitch decks, financial models, competitive analyses, market research, and more.
- Arsenal
- Your command center. Monitor active work, review generated documents, and track progress across sessions.
How It Works
- Intake
- The guided phase where the council learns about your venture. They walk you through every dimension of your business before moving to autonomous work.
- Operating Mode
- After intake, your council works more independently. They research, analyze, and draft between sessions. You stay in control with approval gates.
- Session
- A conversation with the council. Each session builds on previous ones. Your venture intelligence grows over time.
- Artifact
- A document or analysis generated from your sessions. Could be a pitch deck, a financial model, a competitive analysis, or any of the materials founders need.
Your Data
- Venture Intelligence
- Everything the Forge learns about your business across sessions. Facts, relationships, market context, financials. It all compounds and stays organized.
- Golden Facts
- The hard numbers you share: pricing, revenue, team size, funding, growth metrics. Tracked precisely so every generated document uses your real data.
- NDA Protection
- Your data is yours alone. Encrypted at rest and in transit. No cross-contamination between ventures. Full NDA protection from day one.
