Arcana Concept, LLC ("Arcana Concept," "we," "us") operates Fizban's Forge (the "Service"), an AI-powered venture analysis platform available at forge.arcanaconcept.com.

When you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account information from Google OAuth: your name, email address, and Google profile identifier.
• Session content: messages, uploaded documents, and business information you share during Forge sessions.
• Usage data: session timestamps, feature interactions, and technical metadata (browser type, IP address).

• To provide the AI-powered venture analysis service.
• To generate artifacts, reports, and data room documents for your venture.
• To improve the quality of our AI agents and analysis frameworks.
• To authenticate your identity and protect your sessions.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Sessions are associated with your Google account. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Uploaded documents are processed server-side and are not shared with third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Google OAuth for authentication.
• Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) for AI processing. Your session content is sent to these APIs for analysis. Refer to their respective privacy policies for details on data handling.
• Supabase for database hosting.
• Railway for application hosting.

Session data is retained for the lifetime of your account. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
