Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fizban's Forge (the "Service"), operated by Arcana Concept, LLC ("Arcana Concept," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fizban's Forge is an AI-powered venture analysis platform. The Service provides automated analysis, feedback, and document generation through AI agents. The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You must not share your session access with unauthorized parties.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including business plans, documents, and session messages ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Arcana Concept a limited license to process Your Content for the purpose of providing the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google) for analysis.

The Service generates analysis, artifacts, and recommendations using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, investment, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' sessions or data.
• Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization.

The Service, including its design, AI agents, analysis frameworks, and branding, is the intellectual property of Arcana Concept. Artifacts generated for your venture are derivative works of Your Content and may be used freely by you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Arcana Concept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of Your Content before termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
